研究方向及贡献

1、家蚕功能基因组与蛋白质组学研究:参加完成了家蚕全基因组框架图谱和精细图的绘制工作,建立了家蚕蛋白质组学研究技术体系,为实验室家蚕蛋白质组学研究的学术带头人。完成了家蚕各组织器官蛋白组的“全景图”,首次系统解析和报道了蚕丝全蛋白组成,从蚕丝中新发现了400多种蛋白质,纠正了国际上几十年来认为蚕丝只有几种蛋白的传统理解误区,同时还发现蚕丝拥有众多防御功能的生物活性蛋白。

2、蚕丝蛋白功能与创新应用研究:系统探索和研究蚕丝中新基因新蛋白的功能,阐释了蚕丝蛋白的抗菌性能及抗菌机理,揭示了蚕丝蛋白保护功能的分子机理,解开了蚕丝“千年不腐”的秘密, 通过家蚕遗传操作技术和蚕丝结构与性能的研究,获得了适用于纺织服装、生物医学、日化美容等多个领域的高强度多用途新型蚕丝材料和功效产物。开发和推广家蚕省力化、智能化和规模化的养殖技术和蚕丝功能蛋白新产品新材料的成果转化。


科研成果

主持完成了“863”子课题、国家自然科学基金等20余项科研项目。获国家发明专利20余项。发表重要学术研究论文200余篇,获重庆市自然科学奖二等奖和三等奖各一项。获重庆市精品课程一项。
