研究领域

1.主要从事生物大数据分析和可视化及基因组学研究。

2.先后主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目和中央高校科研项目,在Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Bioinformatics等重要生信期刊上发表论文十余篇。
