研究领域
以昆虫生长及变态发育机制为研究方向,以家蚕贮藏蛋白SPs、cathepsin-L、p37k蛋白酶、羧肽酶、CPAP3型表皮蛋白等为靶标,利用组学手段对变态发育时期的家蚕表皮、血液、蜕皮液、消化液等样品进行分析,同时开展基因功能研究,先后在Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Proteomics、Insect Science、Protein Science、Journal of General Virology、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications、Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry、 Proteome Science、DNA Sequence、中国农业科学、生物工程学报、蚕业科学等杂志发表论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、重庆市自然科学基金、教育部中央高校重点项目、烟草重大专项(子课题)等项目10余项,培养博士研究生3人,硕士研究生19人。担任Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Insect science、Gene、蚕业科学等多篇杂志审稿人, 任教育部学位论文评审专家。
