1.围绕CRISPR-Cas系统的调控机制及基因编辑的建立与应用:解析胞内信号通路及关键因子调控CRISPR-Cas系统的分子机制,建立精准、高效的CRISPR-Cas介导的RNA编辑技术体系,用于疾病模型的遗传操作、病原的防治与诊断。相关成果受邀参编著作《CRISPR-Cas Methods: Volume II》相关章节(Springer Nature, 2020)。
2.基于病原与宿主生物互作机理的研究,发现免疫细胞参与炎症应答的协调机制机理,解析了损伤时细胞自噬作协调DNA修复机制调控宿主的炎症反应,以此参编著作《Oxidative Stress in Lung Diseases》相关章节(Springer Nature, 2019);
3.家蚕种质创制方面:绘制了病原菌黑胸败血芽孢杆菌的基因组图谱,鉴定α-toxin、PC等毒素引发家蚕发生败血病的分子机理,开展抗病素材创新 (PLoS Pathogens, 2016),获2个国家发明专利。
