主要科研领域与方向:

1. 蚕丝纤维成纤机制的研究:利用多组学的手段鉴定家蚕纺丝管道中与蚕丝成纤维相关的因子(金属离子,pH、几丁质、表皮蛋白等),系统性研究成纤维因子在蚕丝性能决定中的作用,阐释蚕丝蛋白成纤维的分子机制以及蚕丝蛋白结构和性能的关系。

2. 高性能新型蚕丝纤维的开发和利用:通过遗传操作手段改变家蚕成纤维因子,以金属离子、表皮蛋白等为靶标,对蚕丝纤维的性能进行定向改良,创制新型高性能蚕丝纤维品种与素材。


科学成就:

从事蚕丝成纤机制及性能改良研究,已发表研究论文28篇,其中以第一作者在Acta Biomaterialia、Biomacromolecules、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Biochimica et Biophysica Acta、Proteomics等权威杂志发表论文11篇;获国家发明专利授权3项;主持了国家自然基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金一等资助、重庆市博士后研究项目特别资助项目,并参加了国家973,国家自然科学基金等重大课题的研究。担任Biomacromolecules、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等SCI期刊的审稿人。
