罗克明
博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事林木次生发育调控分子机理及基因工程改良方面的研究。近年来已主持转基因新品种培育重大专项、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等课题20余项,参加国家重点基础计划“973”、国家自然科学基金重点项目等6项。在国际著名学术刊物Plant Cell、Nucleic Acids Research、New Phytologist、Plant Physiology、Plant Journal、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Tree Physiology等发表论文90多篇,论文被他引2000余次,其中2篇论文被F1000推荐,3篇入选Web of Science高被引论文。获得国家发明专利7项,授权省级林木新品种1个。曾获“全国百篇优秀博士论文”提名奖和“重庆市优秀博士论文”。

研究方向:
本实验室以杨树、拟南芥等为模式植物,研究维管组织次生生长发育的遗传调控机理,以及植物在干旱、盐碱、高光等逆境下适应性生长的分子机制,筛选和培育具有重要经济价值和生态价值的林木新品种。具体研究方向如下:
1、木材发育分子遗传机制解析;
2、林木新种质创制及高效利用;
3、树木抗逆机制解析及分子育种;
4、珍贵林木品种选育及繁育技术。
