西南农业大学农学学士。

先后在丹麦哥本哈根大学及瑞士弗里堡大学进行博士后研究。长期从事植物分子生理生化及细胞生物学方面的研究。近年来主要研究生长素运输调控植物生长发育、转运蛋白调控植物品质性状形成及植物修复土壤重金属污染的相关机理。中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会理事、重庆市植物学会理事、《植物生理学报》编委、重庆市国家级人才、西南大学优秀教师。在Plant Cell、EMBO Journal、Nature、Nature communications、Plant Journal、Plant Physiology、Development等国际主流杂志发表多篇论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发项目子课题、重庆市自然科学基金项目、中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目、西南大学引进人才计划基金项目等课题。

Prof. Bangjun Wang obtained his PhD in Molecular Plant Physiology from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and the University of Zurich, Switzerland in 2011. His research interest is to understand the molecular regulation of plant growth and development, and phytoremediation by different transporters.

2. 转运蛋白调控植物品质性状形成的分子机理；

3. 植物转运蛋白修复土壤重金属污染的分子机理。
