陶文静

女,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师

主要从事鱼类性别决定与分化、鱼类基因组学等方面研究。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、重庆市自然科学基金、中国博士后自然科学基金等多项项目。在Mol Ecol Resour、Biology of Reproduction、BMC Genomics、Sci China Life Sci、Fish Physiol Biochem和Dev Genes Evol等国外学术杂志发表多篇SCI论文。获重庆市自然科学三等奖1项。入选2019年中国科协优秀中外青年交流计划。从事《生物信息学》、《分子生物学》教学工作。参编《生物信息计算》,参译《系统生物学》。
